A brief history of our company:

     President – Started with PAMCO in 1974 working in Williston Basin Oilfield in parts department with promotions up to Northern District Manager over North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming, 

    Vice President of Operations – Started with PAMCO in 1988 working in Williston Basin Oilfield as mechanics helper with promotions up to Williston Branch Service Manager.

      Vice President of Service – Started with PAMCO in 1979 working in Williston Basin Oilfield as shop mechanics with promotions up to Williston Service Shop Foreman.

    Stewart & Stevenson Power purchased PAMCO in 1994 and asked our present management (above three people) what we needed to grow the company.  We presented our needs, they agreed, and in 18 months our business quadrupled and our staff tripled in size.

     In July of 1999 with the downturn in business, Stewart & Stevenson sold the Williston Branch and territory. With the major shake up & changes this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us with a combined work experience of over 56 years in the natural gas, oilfield, and industrial business, to start this company.

     We have hired eight of the eleven employees that were left which has added an additional 45 years experience in this field.  Our main products sold and serviced are industrial engines, pumps, gas & air compressors and accessories.

     We would like to join hands with you as a customer or vendor to supply high quality products and services that would fit with our high quality staff. We are continually adding new products and are continually  expanding our business.
